PMMA Salina - New AL & Additions

PMMA hired Altman-Charter to re-position their Salina healthcare areas on campus. Altman's design-build approach allowed sitework to begin while drawings were getting approval from state agency and maintaining the tight budget and schedule constraints.

A new wing of Assisted Living apartments was added to create apartments with more market appeal. Additional private SNF rooms were added to each of the three existing wings, which allowed each wing to convert all patient rooms to private accomodations without changing their licensed bed-count.
