The master plan for this 32 acre senior housing development provides a continuum of care with independent living patio homes, congregate living apartments, assisted living, skilled nursing and professional office support facilities. Phase I includes 100 independent living units.

The two bedroom patio homes are clustered around a common "horseshoe" lane with full access to the courtyard pavilion, lake and support facilities located in the apartment complex. Altman- Charter's Project Management Approach gave the owner the support required in master planning, zoning, regulatory approvals, project financing, design, engineering and construction management.

The three story sixty five unit apartment building contains all of the developments service facilities, including a full service kitchen, dining room, activity areas, resident storage lockers, lounges, meeting rooms and administrative offices. Each of the five different one and two bedroom unit plans are designed with senior friendly design features and meet all accessibility standards.

The resident dining room not only serves as a place for meals, but also provides a generous area for large gatherings. Resident meetings, holiday parties and community functions are all part of the buildings use.
