This three-story, 40 unit, elderly housing facility was designed for older adults looking for an independent apartment community. Funded by a grant from the Housing & Urban Development 202 program, this city site is located in close proximity to restaurants, retail business, churches, medical offices and public transportation. The community room, lounge and entry lobby provide a friendly environment for residents to socialize. Altman-Charter worked closely as part of the owners development team to ensure the funding utilization was maximized allowing the owner to enhance the quality of life for each of its residents.
