On the occasion of the 19th Anniversary of Larksfield Place, the community broke ground on a 56,000 square foot wing of new "high quality" Apartment Homes. Larksfield selected Altman-Charter as their development partner because of their unique approach to design-build.

The large apartment homes range from 1,248 to 1,800 square feet. The spacious floor plans feature large kitchens, perfect for entertaining. Several of the Apartment Homes include wrap-around porches. Standard amenities include granite countertops, crown molding, hardwood and tile floors, and cabinets with pull out shelving.
