Presbyterian Manors once again contracted with the trusted professionals at Altman-Charter when it came to adding on to it's existing campus in Clay Center.

The project included three seperate additions to the existing building and renovations to the existing resident common areas. These projects were done adjacent to the existing main entrance and while maintaining occupancy.

|
This project added 6 resident rooms and new common areas including multipurpose rooms, living rooms, dining rooms and support areas of service. Staff at Altman-Charter are experienced experts at working in existing operations.

Construction is scheduled to be complete in 2009.
