Located on an existing campus with 31 independent apartments, 38 assisted apartments and 60 nursing oppurtunities. Parkside Homes vision was to provide additional options for residents.

The new freestanding homes are approximately 8,500 SF each in size. This expansion allowed Parkside to convert most of the existing semi-private nursing rooms to private rooms.

Parkside Homes also used this opportunity to make a commitment to a resident centered care model of management and dedicated staffing to universal workers.
