Mr. O’Neil is a graduate of Quinnipiac College with a B.S. degree in Business Administration and Psychology
Entering the profession in 1970, he joined Altman-Charter in 1997. With more than 30 years of construction management and design-build experience Mr. O’Neil has developed markets in the Health Care field both regionally and nationally. Previously he was the sales manager of Sverdrup Building Corporation’s Health Care Group from 1992-1997 and manager of sales for Fru-Con Corporation’s Construction Management Division from 1979-1985. Prior to 1992 Mr. O’Neil managed sales for Bank-Building Corporation on a national basis.
Mr. O’Neil has helped to develop a multitude of senior living, housing, and healthcare projects as well as hospital and research facilities.

Mr. Alessi is a graduate of Marquette University with a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering. He maintains his EIT registration in the state of Wisconsin.
Mr. Alessi joined the profession and Altman-Charter in 1985. He has managed general construction and design/build projects since joining the profession. He is proficient in computer estimating, procurement, scheduling and cost control. Mr. Alessi is an officer and principal owner of Altman-Charter.
Mr. Alessi has managed the development, design and construction of more than 3,800 units of senior living & senior care facilities.

Mr. Lawder is a graduate of Rockhurst College with a Bachelor of Arts and Science in Management and Marketing.
Mr. Lawder entered the profession in 1980 and joined Altman-Charter in 1984. He has managed all facets of construction projects including renovation, elderly housing design/build and financial institution projects. Mr. Lawder is an officer and principal owner of Altman-Charter.
Mr. Lawder has managed the construction of more than 3,200 units of senior living & senior care facilities.

Mr. Hensley is a graduate of Oklahoma State University with a Bachelor of Architectural Engineering degree. He is a licensed Professional Engineer in the state of Kansas and Oklahoma. Mr. Hensley earned his Certified Aging Services Professional certificate from University of North Texas.
Prior to joining Altman-Charter in 2008 Mr. Hensley was an executive at the 15th largest CCRC in the nation for 6 years. The previous 7 years, he was a project manager for an architectural firm specializing in retirement communities and worked on projects on 45 campuses in 11 different states.
Mr. Hensley has experience in the design/build of over 2,000 senior living units. The size of projects have ranged from duplex cottages to 15-story luxury apartment buildings and from new 100-acre CCRC campuses to renovations of existing buildings.

Mr. Yearout is a graduate of Northwestern Universitys McCormick School of Engineering with a Bachelors of Science degree in Chemical Engineering. He also has an MBA degree from Northwestern Universitys Kellogg School of Management.
Mr. Yearout has served as business development leader in the St. Louis and Mid-west market for the past 13 years. He recently attained his LEED (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design) Accredited Professional designation. He has been a member of MoAHA for several years and has presented at its annual conference.
